Real Estate Law and Property Law are our primary areas of legal practice. We have two attorneys who hold realtor’s licenses in Arkansas and one that is a member of the National Association of REALTORS(c). We have extensive experience resolving all manner of issues concerning real estate transactions and property disputes. Moreover, Dale’s profound knowledge of the real estate profession is invaluable to our clients.  Dale is respected as one of the top real estate instructors in the United States teaching in 20-30 states per year, and was the 2015 National President of the Council of Residential Specialists.

Our attorneys have collectively negotiated thousands of real estate transactions, promissory notes, business deals, commercial/residential leases, and settlement agreements. Our experience, both in and out of the courtroom, allows us to advise our clients on how best to draft a contract in order to avoid complications down the road. We look at contracts through the lens of litigation, which allows us to see the red flags that may cause our clients trouble. And, while no contract is litigation proof, we endeavor to draft and negotiate contracts that give our clients peace of mind.
